We ask all patients to fill out an online consultation, which consists of a set of questions about their medical history, allergies and symptoms. This consultation form is then reviewed by one of our clinicians to ensure the treatment is the best option for you. Please note that when we ask for your payment details, we only pre-authorise your card with our bank. We will only take payment if the clinician approves your consultation and issues a prescription.

We have a selection of treatments available for various conditions. Information is displayed with each product to help you understand who they are used safely and if they are the right products for you. Once you are ready, you can select the treatment. If you are unsure of which treatment is right for you, you can call us on 020 3597 6817 and one of our trained staff would be happy to assist. Our clinicians team will review submitted orders and may request additional information before approval such as a full length image to verify the weight or named proof of your current dose to verify your current treatment. Once your order is approved, a prescription will be generated and transmitted immediately to our onsite GPhC registered pharmacy, which will then prepare your medication according to the prescription order and dispatch it to you via free delivery. You will have complete visibility and control of your delivery.
